The terms on which we quote for and supply machined parts, and on which this website is provided. It applies to gyprecision.com, operated by GY Machining.
These terms apply to the use of this website and to quotations and orders for machined parts supplied by GY Machining, 2nd Floor, Hongfu Building, No. 45 Lianma Road, Dalingshan Town, Dongguan, Guangdong 523129, China (“we”, “us”). By requesting a quotation or placing an order you accept these terms. Any terms in your purchase order that conflict with these apply only if we have accepted them in writing.
A quotation is based on the drawing, 3D file, quantity, material and finishing requirements you send us. It is valid for the period stated on the quotation. If the drawing, quantity or specification changes after the quotation was issued, we may revise the price and lead time. Quotations are free of charge and do not oblige you to order.
An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing (email is sufficient). Our confirmation states the parts, quantity, price, lead time and delivery terms. Please check it and tell us at once if anything is wrong.
You are responsible for the correctness and completeness of the drawings and files you send. Unless the drawing states otherwise, we work to ISO 2768-m general tolerances. Where you need tighter tolerances, a particular surface finish, a material certificate or a dimensional report, please state this on the drawing or in the enquiry so that it can be quoted and planned. We will tell you before we start if we consider a requirement cannot be met.
Prices, currency and payment terms are those stated on the quotation or order confirmation. Unless agreed otherwise, prices exclude freight, insurance, import duties and taxes in the country of destination. Bank charges on transfers are borne by the payer.
Lead times are stated on the quotation and start when we have received your confirmed order, all technical information needed to make the parts and, where agreed, the deposit. Delivery terms (Incoterms) are those stated on the quotation. Shipping by DHL, FedEx or UPS, or delivery to your forwarder in Shenzhen, can be arranged on your account or ours. We will tell you promptly if a delay becomes likely.
Please inspect the parts on receipt and tell us in writing within 14 days of any shortage, damage in transit or deviation from the drawing, with photographs or measurements where possible. Parts found to be out of specification are remade or, at our choice, credited. Please do not return parts before we have agreed the return with you.
We warrant that the parts conform to the drawing and the agreed specification. Our liability is limited to remaking the non-conforming parts or refunding their price. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of production or profit, except where such a limitation is not permitted by law. We are not responsible for the suitability of your design for its intended purpose.
Drawings, models and other information you send us are treated as confidential, are used only to quote and manufacture your parts, and are not passed to third parties. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send anything. You confirm that you hold the rights to the designs you send us and that manufacturing them for you does not infringe the rights of others.
The content of this website is provided for general information about our capabilities and is updated from time to time. It does not constitute an offer. Machine lists, achievable tolerances and lead times are indicative; the quotation is what applies to your parts.
These terms and any order under them are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties will first try to settle any dispute amicably; otherwise the courts of Dongguan, Guangdong, have jurisdiction, unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing.
